Repeated muscle movement causes the skin to move and form wrinkles. Anti-Wrinkle treatment works by temporarily freezing the muscle, preventing wrinkles from getting worse or forming all together.
Anti-Wrinkle treatment can also have other uses, such as, slimming down the face and preventing excessive sweating by preventing muscle movement.

Your Aesthetics Practitioner will first discuss your requirements and explain the process thoroughly.
Prior to beginning the treatment we will assess the area of treatment and mark out injection points.
The Anti-Wrinkle treatment will then be injected into the marked out injection points.
Which product is used for anti-wrinkle treatment?
Here at Heart we always choose the very best products for our clients which is why we tend to use the brand Allergan Botox for our Anti-Wrinkle Treatments.
It is the first and only treatment of its kind approved by the FDA for improving the appearance of deep wrinkles.
Does it hurt?
This procedure consists of very small and quick injections so most clients find it a very comfortable procedure.
What is anti-wrinkle treatment?
Repeated use of a muscle moves the skin and creates lines and wrinkles. Botulinum toxin injections, such as Botox, relax the muscles in your face to smooth out or prevent lines and wrinkles.
How quickly will I see the results?
You will not see a change immediately. You will need to wait for around 2 weeks before seeing your final results.
Why is male anti-wrinkle treatment more expensive?
Males Anti-Wrinkle Treatment is more expensive as the male muscles are a lot stronger and therefore requires more units of Anti-Wrinkle Treatment in order to achieve full results.

How do I prepare for my appointment?
7 Days Prior: If you are taking any blood thinning medication then ideally these should be stopped several days before the procedure, only with your doctor’s consent. Thinner blood will make the area more prone to bruising and bleeding.
3 Days Prior: Avoid any aggressive facial treatments, such as AHA peels. These activities increase blood flow to your face, which can only add to the swelling.
24 Hours Prior: Avoid alcohol before your treatment, alcohol in your system heightens the chance of swelling and bruising.
