I visited the Bury St Edmunds clinic two weeks ago and had my lips done. I was very nervous as I had a bad job done a... few years ago at another clinic in London. Natiesha at Heart was very understanding and patient, constantly checking with me until we got to the shape I was looking for. Straight after the lips looked super plump and a bit swollen, but once they fully healed a few days after, omg, super super happy. She managed to get me that fuller lip whilst keeping them super natural. You wouldn't be able to tell I had work done. Really happy with the results!read more

I used Heart Aesthetics at Benfleet and cannot fault them, Sarah carried out my treatment and she was amazing, made me... feel so relaxed and comfortable in her hands, I told her my concerns and she listened, between the two of us she came up with the best treatment package to meet my needs and my budget. This was my first time having filler but I will definitely be going back for a few more tweaks, my face hasn’t looked this good for years! This is my second time at the Marleybone clinic with the wonderful Ellie. After the first time, last year, I knew that... I will only come back to her. First time I was so scared of the pain (wanted dermal fillers) and also really wanted a very natural look. She did an amazing job, pain free, talked me through it, very gentle and honest. Yesterday I had another lovely experience with her, she really listen to me and my concerns. Then she did what she does best, very confident, explaining what I’m going to feel at every point during the procedure. The results are fabulous already even though I’m still healing. I was impressed how clean the treatment room was - immaculate.My results were instant! I actually shed a few tears as I was a bit overwhelmed with the difference. I keep on going back because the result is great every time. The practitioners have a really consultative approach... which is important to me because I like go for a very natural look. There also seems to be quite a focus on the strategic placement of the product which I think is the difference between looking naturally enhanced and an obvious filler job. I just had 0.5ml of lip filler for the very first time yesterday with the gorgeous Natiesha at Bury St Eds. I was SO... nervous and asked almost every question possible- I know I must have been really annoying. She was so patient with me (if it were me I wouldnt have been so chill!) And it turns out for good reason. The 30 or so minutes I was there was a delight. She talked me through everything during the procedure and I was SO SO happy with the results. She did a great job on my cupids bow and everyone commented on how pretty it looked. The swelling has gone down quite a lot already this morning just as she said it would, I am wishing I had slightly more put in however for a first time I couldn't be happier!Natiesha is a credit to the company. LOVED HER and her expertise is very clear!(Of the pics below, the ones in the car were 30 mins after. The ones with towel on head were 6 hours after when swelling appears to have reached its peak!)Thank you Natiesha and Heart! Will see you again very soon xxxxread more

I had the non surgical nose job procedure carried out at the Stevenage clinic. I was shocked after having it done at... how swollen and how much bigger my nose looked, when I was under the impression that the idea of the procedure was for your nose to appear smaller. I was told to let the swelling go down, however this never happened. Far too much filler was put into my nose, and when I contacted the practice about my concerns, I was just told that’s how it was meant to look and that they couldn’t see a problem with it. I was so unhappy with it that I enquired about getting it dissolved, however was told that wouldn’t be possible as it wasn’t an “emergency” and they didn’t have the stock for the dissolver, therefore I had no choice but to go elsewhere to get this done. I was really unhappy with both the service I received and not to mention how awful my nose looked after having it done.read more

I went for my first ever aesthetic treatment yesterday - tear troughs - and I just wish I had gone for it before.... Natiesha was very professional and so gentle, I felt but a tiny pinch and nothing else, this is not a painful procedure. Had my lip fillers done in July at the Marylebone clinic and had a quick consultation that concluded I needed less ml... than I initially thought. I ensured to leave a review months after so that I can take note of the entire aftercare experience, and safe to say I am quite happy with how things turned out. My lips look natural, just more voluminous and plumped than before. For me, the best services will know how to enhance your best features with subtle changes--which Sophie definitely did. The swelling and bruising also didn't last too long as I followed her suggestions to use ice packs and arnicare cream. I look forward to my next appointment!read more

I had a procedure done at the French Pharmacy in Marlybone and my experience was good.The practitioner was calming... and gentle, talking through her actions, explaining things in good detail which made me feel at ease knowingshe was knowledgeable... I was offered a stress ball which was a nice touch. The procedure was quick and clean. Was my first time with fillers so I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect. But I so far have had no adverse effects, or complications, the result so far is as desired, I have seen improvement and that's what I wanted.Price was reasonable, not the cheapest (which is fine would rather be safe than sorry) but certainly more reasonable than other clinicsI would recommend, and would return (if I wasn't moving) although still might make trips to the UK/london to visit again 🙂read more

I went to Heart Aesthetics in Bury St Edmunds and booked for 1ml lip filler. Don’t come with any expectations of your... lips increasing or looking any better with their service. The aim for my lips, which I showed a photo of was nothing like the final result of my lips. I understand everyone takes to filler differently but my lips saw little to no change. I am very disappointed. I then emailed to discuss this issue, to which the emails were very blunt and there was no care about how unhappy I was with the end product, all they cared about was booking in more and spending further money. I even SENT A PHOTO OF BEFORE AND AFTER - with very small difference so they could see themselves but there was no movement whitby he conversation and they were very blunt. I would recommend somewhere better and perhaps cheaper, because paying more was not worth it than other places in Bury St Edmundsread more

I had a non surgical rhinoplasty at the Benfleet clinic a few days ago and everything was perfect. I wasn’t the ideal... candidate and a tricky case and I really appreciated that she was very honest about it and asked if I wanted to proceed knowing I may not get a good result. Some people would just take the money and do it anyway but not her. I took the risk and went for it and it paid off! Couldn’t have asked for a better result, I’m in love with my new nose and so much more confident. It was also completely pain free! Barely felt anything at all despite having more injections than most due to it being a trickier case. Absolutely amazing service and I will be returning 100% for any future treatment.read more

Sarah is professional and extremely thorough, you can be assured that she will achieve fantastic results for you and ensures minimal to no bruising by really getting to know how my body reacts/heals. I booked for 1ml lip filler, after my consult on arrival Sarah advised we would achieve the best results by only using 0.5ml instead. I was really happy she wouldn’t over fill my lips. Highly recommend Heart Aesthetics!! Had lip filler done in Benfleet and Sarah was amazing. I was really anxious about... getting them done as I’d had them done elsewhere before and found it really painful. However, no exaggeration, this was pain free! heart aesthetics - maryleboneBack in July this year (2021) I had a number of filler injections [a total of 6ml]: tear... trough, cheek bones, nose to mouth lines, lips, chin, and nose bridge/tip.The ladies were very nice and polite.Immediately after the injections: the tear trough looked great; the cheek bones barely any different; the chin was good; the nose to mouth lines greatly improved; the nose looked crooked at the top and huge at the tip! I ended up ‘fixing’ the top of nose myself at home by forcing the filler into place. The lips were merely filled in, and weren’t shaped in any particular way - looked nothing like their IG photos.I was told there would be swelling for a few weeks and once this goes down I would see the true results and that results would last up to 18months.I followed the aftercare to every letter. The swelling went down rather quickly within 2weeks total. The results were initially great; I was very pleasured - the nose finally looked decent and all was well..It’s now mid Sept (2021) two months after having all this filler, and the results have more or less completely gone! I can’t see or feel the filler anymore in the injection sites, and I can’t feel it else where in my face (assuming it had migrated to another location) - my tear troughs; nose to mouth lines are back to their deep folds - the chin and cheek bones back to their original form - the lips nearly fully returned to their original state, all but some bulging to what was once a nicely defined edge - and the nose is halfway back to it’s original form as well.I emailed them days ago and had no response - no where on the website or in person was I told results would or could be anything less than 12months - in fact I was clearly told 18months.. it’s only been 2 months :/ i’m very upset by this - I have a needle phobia and it took me a lot of courage to go through so many injections, and I’m left with barely any results and £950 less. I had nose to mouth fillers and 1ml in my lips in the stevenage branch. I was so disappointed with the results all my... friends say it doesn't even look like I have had anything done. I have complained a number of times but the response was either completely ignored or told me they used everything they were supposed to and it is a building process. I do understand that but to look like I've had nothing done after spending nearly 500 pounds isn't on. I explained I don't want to spend another load of money on something that hasn't worked the first time. I was given another number to complain to but they haven't got back to me yet. I'd like to add the lady who did it was lovely and very professional and to be honest after reading all the reviews I am probably a one off but I'm still gutted it didn't work and was offered no kind off compensation. I went to The Marylebone branch and had my non surgical rhinoplasty done by Caprice. The most sweets person ever, as... soon as I walked in I told her I was nervous, she made me feel so much at ease to the point I forgot I was even nervous in the first place. Kept me in the loop of everything she was doing at all stages & was very gentle with me. Forever grateful for my first time experience & she made it so much worth it. Would definitely recommend heart aesthetics Stevenage to anyone considering getting lip fillers. Sarah was so... professional and actually listened to what I was hoping to get out of using fillers.
